What are the costs, time, and efforts involved in transferring my existing customers to Pocomos?
Most other software programs have an option (however difficult) to export your customer list into a manageable format. We like .csv or .dbf. If you cannot export data directly, you can request a copy of your database by calling your software provider. Send us the info and we will upload it to Pocomos in a snap. Usually the transfer fee is $300 one time, though it can be larger if you have a really ancient program.

How much does Pocomos cost?
We charge based on the number of active accounts, not per user. This means that you can have unlimited users. We grow only if you grow and put on more active accounts. Up to the first 50 active accounts, Pocomos is free. After 50, see our pricing page.

What discounts are offered?
We offer discounts for sharing our info on social media like facebook, linkedin, and twitter. Bigger discounts are available as you refer your friends and family who then use Pocomos themselves. For each referral that uses Pocomos, its a whole free month for you. Boom.

Does Pocomos optimize routes? Is there a visual router?
Yes. Pocomos utilizes visual routing. Unlike the standard in current pest control software, Pocomos uses google maps and coding instead of mapointe software. It is like the difference between a pinto and a BMW, they both can get you places, but one is way better (google). Call for a demonstration.

What merchant processing options are available through Pocomos?
We use Pocomos Payments Processing which is a fully integrated merchant gateway. You can charge credit cards and bank transfers through Pocomos. But dont worry, we have a standing meet or beat deal. If you have a lower rate with your current provider, we will meet or beat it. Guaranteed.

How long does it usually take employees to learn Pocomos?
Typical learning curves for employees range between a few days to a couple weeks. The day-to-day operations can be learned in a single afternoon. We designed Pocomos to be user-friendly and easy to use, so learning the software is a snap. We offer tutorial videos as a reference. Also, you can call our support line for FREE and train one-on-one with a friendly Pocomos rep.

What kind of tutorials/trainings does Pocomos have?
Pocomos offers one-on-one training sessions for you and employees when you start using the system. Afterwards, we are available for free for refreshers or questions. We also have video tutorials if you like.

Is support free? When is support available?
Support is 100% free and unlimited. We would love to answer any and all questions you may have. Give it a test and call. 801 900 3555. Normal support hours are from 8 am to 8 pm MDT. After hours calls are usually returned within an hour.
